What should you do when you discover failures? Is the first failure an incident, or does it warrant an analysis? Weibull Reliability Engineering helps to define the minimally proven reliability by the test or field results, even if failure numbers are very low. In some cases we can do an analysis with zero failures, yet still indicate the root cause and predict field performance. Based on the analysis we can also predict the warranty and service contract periods.
