More about the One Day Workshop Embracing Agile

Agile has been a popular methodology for more than 20 years, but we know that it is not always easy to use and that it is not a panacea that will solve all your problems. This workshop is not designed to teach you a specific agile framework or methodology, but to show you how an agile mindset can help you with project management and product development in your company.

We start with the basics of agile, its principles, history and relationship with other methodologies. Then we cover well-known frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. But we also go beyond that. We're not just going to cover high-level theory here, but we're going to go further by taking a deep dive with examples from the field. We'll cover practical challenges that many organizations face when applying agile methodologies, such as working with fixed-price projects or applying agile in highly regulated industries.

In this workshop, we use hardware development examples as much as possible. During hardware development, it is important that you really understand the agile mindset because you often don't have the same flexibility as in software development.

Register now for our workshop and find out how to embrace agile in your business!
