Your Role at Holland Innovative
As a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability Specialist, you play a key role in solving complex technical problems and improving product performance and reliability. You're driven to understand why systems fail, how to prevent it, and how to build smarter, more reliable solutions using a blend of engineering expertise, statistical methods, and modern data-driven approaches, including AI and machine learning.
You take ownership of investigations, think critically, and work independently while engaging closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders. You communicate findings clearly and help translate insights into meaningful improvements.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability engineering projects.
- Define reliability requirements and develop problem-solving strategies with clients.
- Design and analyze experiments (DOE) to uncover failure mechanisms.
- Analyze field, warranty, and test data using methods like Weibull, Crow-AMSAA, and FMEA.
- Integrate AI and Data Science techniques into RCA and statistical analyses.
- Identify project risks and define mitigation plans.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to both engineering and executive stakeholders.
- Drive sustainable product and process improvements in multidisciplinary environments.
What You Bring

A completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry).

Several years of experience in an R&D or engineering environment.

Proven knowledge of RCA, reliability engineering methods, and statistical tools such as Weibull analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma.

Affinity with or interest in AI, machine learning, and data analytics in a technical context.
- A self-starting, independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
- Critical thinking and a drive to deliver value through insight and structured analysis.
- Collaborative attitude with a focus on team success and knowledge sharing.
