About the One Day Workshop Lean Yellow Belt

The Lean Yellow Belt Workshop is a short and practical introduction to the basics of Lean and Six Sigma. You will become familiar with the strategic importance of Lean Six Sigma theory, principles, tools and techniques through a simulation game, exercises and interactive sessions guided by our experienced trainers. This way you get Lean Six Sigma insight into different instruments and their use, each from within the perspective of the motivation of the (end) customer and employees. With this knowledge, you can identify opportunities for improvement in your own work and everywhere in the organization.

The One Day Workshop Lean Yellow Belt is designed for professionals who want to understand the basis of the methodology or professionals who are regularly involved in Lean Six Sigma initiatives under the lead of a Green Belt. The program is suitable for both technical and non-technical personnel that are involved in transaction processes.

Method of teaching

The One Day Workshop Lean Yellow Belt is offered as an in-class workshop, but any other form is open for negotiation. We are able to offer offline, online and hybrid courses.
