The Green Belt Six Sigma course deals explicitly with the Six Sigma method. During the course you will be trained to a Green Belt and you will be able to carry out project activities according to the DMAIC methodology.

  • Process capability, FMEA
  • Hypothesis testing (X categorical vs Y continuous (t-tests, ANOVA), both X and Y continuous (= regressionanalysis)
  • Design of Experiments 1
  • Set-up & execution

Block 3 - day 5/6

A full overview and application in practice in 3 blocks

  • Design of Experiments 2
  • Analysis, optimize, center points, response surface models
  • Power and sample size, control charts
  • Roadmap, reliability Weibull analysis, test exam
  • Link toDfSS(Design for Six Sigma) roadmap
