Lead your organisation through AI, don't approve it from a distance.

A four-month cohort programme for senior leaders who own AI direction in their organisation. Eight bi-weekly half-day modules. One full-day capstone. One credential, AI Leadership Program Fellow. 

Your people are learning AI faster than your governance can keep up.

As employees discover what AI can do, they generate demand at an accelerating rate, and senior leaders are asked to direct something at a pace they didn't set. We call it the demand wave, and we built this program to teach you how to lead through every phase of it.

The organisations that come out ahead won't be the ones that deployed the most AI tools. They'll be the ones whose senior leaders actively directed the transformation rather than approved it from a distance. 

The Program

Eight modules. One capstone. One credential.

Every module ends with a tool participants take back to their domain and apply before the next session. Bi-weekly cadence keeps the loop tight enough that the learning doesn't erode.
