Your role as Project Manager at Holland Innovative

Based at our Eindhoven office, in the heart of the Brainport high-tech region, you lead complex, technically challenging projects in equipment and product development for our high-tech, medical and industrial clients. These are projects with real uncertainty, multiple disciplines and demanding timelines — where success depends as much on how you lead people as on how you manage scope, risk and planning. You set direction, create clarity, and bring stakeholders at every level along with you.

HI works for key customers in the markets HighTech, MedTech, Energy and Automotive.

You lead within our Delivery Team Based approach: a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of experts that delivers as one — and where we actively use AI to accelerate results.

  • You lead by example: your personal leadership and stakeholder management at every level set the standard for the whole team.

What you'll do

    • Lead complex equipment and new-product-development (NPD) projects from initiation to delivery.
    • Implement and strengthen our Delivery Team Based approach on every project.
    • Own scope, planning, budget, risk and quality, and keep them aligned as reality shifts.
    • Manage stakeholders at every level: engineers and operators up to management and client executives.
    • Steer on both content and behaviour, decisions, team dynamics and the human side of delivery.
    • Coach and align multidisciplinary teams; bring out the best in specialists from different fields.
    • Apply structured project methods (phase-gate, risk management, Design for Six Sigma where relevant) pragmatically.
    • Keep clients confident with honest, proactive communication.

Helpful Experience & Skills

  • Several years leading complex technical projects: equipment, machine building, high-tech systems or product development.
  • A relevant technical background (e.g. mechatronics, mechanical, electrical, physics, industrial engineering) combined with project-leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with structured PM / NPD approaches (phase-gate, risk management, IPMA / PMP or similar). Certification is a plus, not a must.
  • Strong stakeholder and expectation management with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Affinity with, or at least genuine curiosity about, AI and how it’s reshaping project work is warmly welcomed.

 

Certificates and methods matter less than a proven track record of leading complex projects well. We’ll happily support further certification.
