### **A Day of Green Innovation & Team Connection**

**
**🌞 Sunshine, connection, and progress – that was the Summer BBQ of Holland Innovative at[ Nieuw Zwanenburg](https://www.nieuwzwanenburg.nl/). More than just a summer outing, it was a moment where our culture truly came to life: collaboration, celebration, and innovation. Looking for a company where humanity and innovation go hand in hand? Read on.

🚜 Before we fired up the grill, we explored the farm’s sustainable mission: biobased crops used in circular construction and eco-friendly insulation. An inspiring place that perfectly aligns with our own mission – creating innovative solutions for a better future.

🔥 Then it was BBQ time – complete with sunshine, great food, strong stories, and genuine connections. Colleagues from across teams met in person, made new connections, and truly felt the HI-family vibe. It’s no surprise that new team members quickly feel at home here.
