Holland Innovative is a team of professionals who use a project-based approach to realise projects. The Holland Innovative employees are all experienced professionals with a proven track record of more than 15 years. The professionals are pragmatic and result-oriented. In order to bring projects to a successful conclusion, their basic principles are the Voice of the Customer and the Voice of the Business. Our knowledge, experience and network often enable us to find solutions within a short period of time.

Holland Innovative's team consists of the following specialists:

	Joost van der Heijden A result-oriented and enthusiastic industrial systems architect who is capable of analysing and getting to the bottom of problems in a structured way. Joost is a successful Master Black Belt with a solid track record in realising his own projects and in coaching other employees. He is keenly analytical and also clearly empathetic, always keeping the client, stakeholders and project team members in mind.
	Bart Bruers A result-oriented and enthusiastic project manager with a solid background in equipment development and production- and process release. Starting from a solid technical base Bart is, together with his team, capable of getting to the bottom of problems in a structured way. As a teamplayer working in a good atmosphere is important to him. Bart takes his decisions well considered. He wants to stay involved with his projects from the very beginning until the implementation in the factory.
	Jan Wemmenhove An enthusiastic project manager with a technical background and a strong focus on the client and the result. Jan really gets to grips with a project while communicating with clients and with other team members in an open way. Jan is very much to the point. Having a sharp analytical capacity he knows how to distinguish the main issues from minor issues. Jan brings out the best in team members by coaching them.
	Integral Project Manager A result-oriented Integral Project Manager with a solid background in project- and programme management concerning the development of products and systems with a certain technical complexity. The customer and the market inspire him. Piet has an international track record and he is a strong teamplayer. With commitment, openness and transparency he tries to build a positive atmosphere.
	Cor van Oostwaard A passionate project team leader with very wide-ranging experience of product and process development, production optimisation, Quality Assurance and industrial start-up. Cor is a well-balanced individual with strong analytical capabilities, a coaching style of management and a structured approach (Six Sigma Black Belt).
	Wim Pruijsen An Integral Project Manager with a solid background in product development. Physics and statistical methods, including Six Sigma Black Belt, are Wim’s stock-in-trade. He knows how to find his way through complex issues quickly and suggests logical solutions. Having a sharp analytical capacity he knows how to distinguish the main issues from minor issues. Achieves results by working on a project basis within multi-disciplinary teams, whereby he is usually the leader. Wim also knows how to kindle enthusiasm in others. He has a lot of international experience and sees this as a challenge. Wim has a great affinity with projects in Asia in particular, for which his track record is solid.
	Paul Daamen An enthusiastic senior development / systems engineer who is capable of analysing design problems in a structured way and of suggesting logical solutions while working as part of a team. Paul has a good deal of experience in the design and development of precision technology, consumer electronics and medical systems. Paul has a thorough command of tools and methodologies including Unigraphics, Pro-E and Ansys, as well as knowledge of quality methodologies such as Design for Six Sigma and Reliability. He is knowledgeable about systems such as FDA guidelines.
	Jean Winters Senior Product Engineer with a solid track record in product development. Jean is passionate about his work and is client and result-oriented. He is a tool expert in his field, which is Unigraphics Sheet Metal, Free Form Modelling, Assembly and Drafting, combined with TeamCenter. Jean also has a thorough command of Pro-Engineer. Put briefly, Jean is an enthusiastic designer who aims for results in a project while working as part of a team.
	Remko Horne An all round manager with an international career in research, development and manufacturing improvement in the high-tech industry. He has extensive experience with project and program management and has led and shaped large international multi-disciplinary teams. Remko combines a strong drive for results with an eye for the human scale, is good in motivating, in building personal relationships and trust and is acknowledged for developing and coaching people to deliver top performance. With his background in physics and knowledge of systems and architectures he quickly familiarizes himself with new technologies and businesses. Remko is pragmatic, open to change and eager to explore new opportunities.
	Marco van Hoek A senior product and process engineer with a long term experience in multi-disciplinary and international development projects. Marco succesfully approaches his projects from system architecture point of view. His Six Sigma BlackBelt projects range from IDOV design optimizations with computer modelling till DMAIC process and yield optimizations on site in factories world wide. Building on his wide capabilities in physics, mathematics and statistics he quickly proves himself in new technologies and businesses. Marco is result-driven and enthusiastic and takes a leading and coaching role working together with the project members.
	Miriam Hendrix An enthusiastic Reliability Engineer who analyses data critically and takes care of clear and independent management reports. With a background in Testing, she has the experience en possibility to think with engineers and testers . This background, combined with a wide knowledge of and experience with f.i. Weibull and Crow-AMSAA, make her a technical experienced engineer who can analyze and improve projects concerning product reliability and sustainability.
	Ruud Moeskops A creative and analytical Senior Process Engineer / Black Belt with wide experience concerning the improvement of business processes, using f.i. lean six sigma tools, and (strategic) decision making processes. He has the ability to create transparency in complex problems using various business models. He is impassioned and able to reduce the gap between various parties concerned.
	Coen Dillen A results driven Integral Project Manager with wide experience concerning the project and program management of manufacturing and business processes. He has a resourceful analytical ability, is solution directed, and has a solid managemental and financial ground. Customer and market driven, he is an energetic team player with great communicational and social skills, through which he motivates and inspires team members.
	Desiree Aarts The enthusiastic behind-the-screens member of staff at Holland Innovative. Desiree supports management and undertakes all of the office work. She also plays a supporting role with respect to events and PR. In short, Desiree is the entire back office for Holland Innovative.
	Eefke van Daal Graduated as a Organization Structure and HR master, she started her work life as a job consultant, after which she changed to the field of HR and organization. Nowadays she is the center of the organization of Holland Innovative. With her communication skills, independence and eye for structures and processes, she offers the right support for the entire organization. Besides her responsibility for Human Resources, she is an active player in the field of Operational Excellence.
	Claudia Boy Operations Manager, enthusiastic, service and result driven. Combining the right mix of trade and practical experience, she is responsible for operations and sales. She leads, manages and takes responsibility with great ambition. She executes her assignments practically and has a great action driven, problem solving capability.
	Jan van de Venne Right Design Right is his guiding principle, RightDesign by his enthusiasm for the customers voice, DesignRight by his drive and passion for a solid understanding of design principles, applicable in both technical as well as transactional domains. Jan van de Venne is Development Quality Program manager and DFSS Master Black Belt at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. Next to this job, he is part time partner for Holland Innovative. His engineering background explains his ongoing curiosity to the roots of quality performance. The integration of quality programs into Business Creation programs, becoming part of project management systems, has brought significant results. He is eager to share his 30 year professional experience with all Holland Innovative partners and clients by setting up programs, train and coach staff by tailored activities.
	Hans Meeske An entrepreneur and go-getter with a strongly result-driven attitude. Hans knows how to bring the varying interests of parties at different levels in line with each other. This then allows him to convert mission statements into practical and manageable activities. Hans keeps to a systematic approach, knowing how to gain the commitment and enthusiasm of others.
