Together with the customer we take the challenge for realizing complex projects. In most cases controlled by time and cost pressure caused by a clear market target.
This means short communication lines for the project control besides milestone, risk and roadblock management. To be able to have the whole project team aligned on the master planning and financial project control.

Our project managers have industrial experience for years and a huge technical knowledge base.
To be able to understand projects quickly and effectively control the project together with in most cases the multi disciplinary project team.

We offer support on the following areas:

• Project management incl. set-up, Milestone evaluation, Brainstorm sessions,
  FMEA-, SWOT-analysis, … from coaching until complete project execution.
  Beside we offer support for interim-management, recruitment and selection for key positions.
  
  
• Product Creation process: support in improving the quality of the product creation process, architecture and configuration management, design rules set-up.
  
  
• Design for Six Sigma as method for structured project approach for robust product and process design. From training and coaching until complete project execution by our (Master) Black Belts.
